What are the delivery times for my order?

The delivery times for your order range from 3 to 17 business days, depending on product availability and your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the status.

Yes, that is possible! If you want your order to be delivered on a specific date, make sure to indicate this in a timely manner. Send an email after you have placed the order to help@hornbad.nl with your order number and the desired delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate this!

Return and refund
Can I return a product?

You have 30 days to reconsider returning your product, provided it is undamaged and not assembled. Make sure to send the product back in its original packaging.

As soon as we have received and checked your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If you have received a damaged product, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us with a description of the damage and a photo, so we can assist you further.
