Cardio training
Cardio training is endurance training and is characterized primarily by the fact that it increases heart and respiratory rate and, in the long term, endurance. In the gym, there are cardio machines such as treadmills, exercise bikes or cross trainers. But with our SwimSpas, cardio training is also possible at home.
Individual training programs
You can choose a predefined program or create your own training plan. Thanks to the use of two single-speed pumps and one two-speed pump, a total of 6 performance levels are available. This allows you to adapt your fitness plan from warm-up to training to your own needs.
